Character Introduction

Olga Konon is a German women’s badminton player.

Konon won her first international competition championship in 2004 by winning the mixed doubles title at the Finland International Badminton Championships.

In 2005, she suffered a knee injury at the Sweden International Badminton Championships. After recovering from the injury, Konon won the women’s doubles gold medal and the women’s singles bronze medal at the European Youth Badminton Championships in 2007.

In the women’s singles event of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, Konon defeated Singapore’s Xing Aiying in the first round and eliminated Slovenia’s Maja Teferti in the second round, but was eliminated by China’s Xie Xingfang in the round of 16.
