Description: The DUORA 6BP YONEX badminton racket features the unique ‘Dual-Side Different Shape Frame Technology’ from the Dual Blade series, along with the new ‘Shock Absorbing Carbon’ technology. Upon handling, the racket does not feel as soft as advertised; the shaft is not overly flexible, giving a solid feel. During use, the racket offers a stable hitting surface with powerful shots and a quick rebound speed from the shaft. It performs well in the mid-court, both forehand and backhand, for smashes, pushes, and defensive counterattacks, especially with the aerodynamic frame, which provides a clear sense of rebound assistance. However, when hitting deep backcourt shots or striking high points in the opponent’s backcourt, the racket’s lightness makes it challenging to achieve desired speed and power. The racket’s flexibility and stability are commendable at the net, and drop shots from the backcourt have precise landing points. Regarding the design of the racket’s sides, the forehand side features a box-frame design that is easier to control and gradually increases swing speed, allowing for better high shots. The backhand side has an aerodynamic frame design that prevents opponents from creating attacking opportunities and enhances the frame’s elasticity during impact, improving reception quality. However, when preparing to receive or serve, it is possible to choose which side of the racket to strike with initially, but after several exchanges, it becomes difficult to sense the change in the racket’s position in hand. During play, it is challenging to discern whether the box-frame or the aerodynamic frame is being used for forehand or backhand shots, as the racket rotates in hand. After a shot, especially if it’s low or at waist level, you can use your non-holding hand to feel which frame was used. The frame material consists of High Elasticity Carbon + Shock Absorbing Carbon + Dense Nano Carbon DR, while the shaft material is High Elasticity Carbon + Dense Nano Carbon. The racket weighs 4U, measures 675mm in length, has a G5 grip size, a stiff shaft, and a recommended string tension of 17-22LBS. Balance Point: –
