She defeated Ukrainian player Natalia Verba 2-1 in the first round to advance, but was then eliminated by the 12th seed, India’s Saina Nehwal, with a score of 0-2 (11-21, 12-21) in the second round.
In July 2021, Jaquet was eliminated in the group stage of the women’s singles at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 without winning a match, failing to advance to the knockout stage. At the same time, she announced her retirement.

Jenjira Stadelmann (German: Jenjira Stadelmann, born on November 20, 1999) is a Swiss female badminton player. She was born in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Her father is Swiss and her mother is Thai. Since 2016, she has moved and represented Switzerland in international competitions.
