Description: The DZS Dual Blade ZS DUORAZS racket, released in February 2017, is a significant new model based on the DUORA10 with a smaller racket face, offering faster speed and sharper smashes. This time, we bring you the DUORA Z-STRIKE, a comprehensive upgrade in smashing and flat drive performance, designed for total court control!
The DUORA Z-STRIKE’s forehand racket face features a brand-new design for smashes, using materials and shapes that enhance ball holding power and elasticity, equipped with the new Dual Blade shaft for increased hitting power. The backhand racket face is newly designed for flat drives, adopting a shape that improves elasticity, with high-elasticity carbon material used for the first time by YONEX at the bottom of the racket frame, making the backhand agile and swift. Additionally, the horizontal shaft structure expands the deformable area of the string and incorporates carbon composite materials to increase the sweet spot area and stability, thereby enhancing overall control performance.
The racket head top is equipped with eight different nails, with a box face and a fluid face. The fluid side is thicker, enhancing the hardness of the ball hit; the box side is thinner, allowing it to be compressed and rebound by the strings during hitting, improving the quality of the ball’s exit. The DUORA series features double-sided asymmetric frame technology, using DR dense nano carbon material, enhancing ball holding and rebound performance. The high-elasticity carbon material Hyper-MG, used in high-end fishing rods and competitive bicycles, is a new type of carbon material with an ultra-high elasticity rate, and is used for the first time in YONEX history. The DUORA Z-STRIKE, at the bottom of the racket frame, can provide a sharp rebound feeling in conjunction with the fluid frame.
The horizontal shaft structure can expand the deformable area of the string during hitting, extending the sweet spot area to the upper part of the racket, which is preferred by high-level players who like to move their hitting point upwards. The horizontal shaft structure can make this type of hitting more stable. Additionally, anchor-shaped joints are added, enhancing the combination of T-type joints and carbon to upgrade rigidity and strength, suppressing racket face twisting, improving hitting stability, and ball control performance.
