Lee Dong Soo


Character Introduction

Lee Dong Soo is a South Korean male badminton player.

Lee Dong-soo and his partner Yong-seong Ryu represented South Korea in the men’s doubles badminton event at the 2004 Athens Olympics. They first defeated Spain’s Jose Antonio Crespo and Sergio Lopis in the first round, and then defeated Indonesia’s Luluk Hadiyanto and Alwent Yulianto in the second round. In the quarterfinals, they beat Malaysia’s Chung Teng Hock & Lee Wan Wah 11-15, 15-11, 15-9. In the semifinals, they beat Denmark’s Jens Eriksson and Martin Lundgaard Hansen 9-15, 15-5, 15-3, but lost in the final to teammates Kim Dong Moon and Ha Tae Kwon 15-11, 15-4.
