Character Introduction
Rachel Honderich (born April 21, 1996) is a Canadian badminton player.
In September 2014, Rachel Honderich partnered with Michelle Li to compete in the Czech International and won the women’s doubles title.
In August 2017, Honderich participated in the World Badminton Championships held in Glasgow, Scotland, competing in both women’s singles and mixed doubles events. In the women’s singles, she advanced to the second round after defeating USA’s Beiwen Zhang 2-0 in the first round but was eliminated by Japan’s Nozomi Okuhara, the 7th seed, with a score of 1-2 (10-21, 21-17, 7-21). In mixed doubles, she partnered with Toby Ng, but they were knocked out in the first round, losing to Indonesia’s Lukhi Apri Nugroho and Ririn Amelia 1-2 (14-21, 25-23, 18-21), finishing in the top 48.
