Autographs are such a “fun” product that even the so-called replicas, co-branded, boxed and limited editions are inferior. Apart from the fact that fans of the player will buy them based on their admiration, the unique market value of the product itself often makes it a financial asset to have a first-class player signing it, making it a rare commodity that attracts speculative behavior. What’s more, if the manufacturer advertises that it has “the same parameters as the model the players are using”, the curious players will naturally rush to get their hands on it.

So how much of a difference would it make?

Parameters: 4UG5, de-bottomed, 88.6g total weight, 306mm balance point, 6.8mm bellow carbon + SRS center bar, moderately stiff, AURASPEED frame, TR + toughened, 26-27lbs xb63 draw string.

The fact that the se only has 4U as a spec compared to the regular version is a bit of a surprise to me. Appearance factor and symbolism aside, this looks to me like a AURASPEED 100x that may have been micro-adjusted in balance point and weight, and may also have been limited by ability and other objective factors that prevented it from hitting more of a difference.
