Character Introduction
Sharon Baur began playing badminton and gymnastics around the age of eight. Two years later, she decided to focus solely on badminton as it became difficult to balance both sports. In 2017, Sharon was selected for the French national team, and in 2018, she helped France win the mixed team championship at the European Junior Championships.
In 2019, Sharon Baur and her mixed doubles partner, William Villeger, reached their first international final at the Czech Open, and later advanced to the final of the Norwegian International. In 2020, Sharon, as the youngest member of the French team, participated in the European Women’s Team Championships, where they secured a bronze medal. In 2021, Sharon Baur and William Villeger reached the finals of both the Portugal International and the Austrian Open, finishing as runners-up in both events.
