Tsang Hiu Yan (born February 22, 2002) is a Hong Kong female badminton player.
In July 2022, Tsang Hiu Yan, partnering with Ng Tsz Yau, competed in the Chinese Taipei Open. They won the championship by defeating the Japanese pair Rui Hirokami and Yuna Kato in the final with scores of 21-15, 18-21, 21-19.
