Character Introduction

Kwan Wai Chi is a Hong Kong female badminton player.

Kwan Wai Chi was selected by her school for systematic training provided by the Hong Kong Badminton Association in her fifth year of primary school. Two years later, at the age of 12, she won the championship in the 12-year-old category at the Hong Kong Age Group Championships.

Subsequently, Kwan Wai Chi became a key player for the Hong Kong badminton team and represented Hong Kong in winning the bronze medal in the women’s team event at the 2002 Busan Asian Games and the Uber Cup.

In December 2009, Kwan Wai Chi represented Hong Kong in the East Asian Games, where she competed in the women’s team event and won a bronze medal.
