Badminton Racket Victor AURASPEED-LJH Reviews

Foreword

After retirement, Li Junhui seems to be doing well. She no longer has to suffer from injuries and illnesses, no longer has to face the verbal abuse of fans, and has established her own club to contribute to Chinese badminton in another way.

The “Banana New Year’s Eve” stunt, which is almost universally known on social media, shows that the fans have let go, and the regret of winning the silver medal at the Olympic Games has also come to an end.

Unsurprisingly, after her retirement, Lee signed a contract with Victory, a favorite agency for retired athletes. After endorsing the exclusive Extreme 10 colorway for a year, Victory customized his signature racquet, the AURASPEED LJH, as promised.

I personally like Lee Junhui’s style of play, and the color palette of the AURASPEED LJH was to my liking, so I still didn’t hesitate to make the first batch of high-priced earnings.

This experience was nearly 3 balls a week, all doubles, with one full night of military training from coaches and exclusively retired masters.

The new Victor rackets are now basically designed with separate bottoms, which is great for me and saves me from wasting effort on bottoms.

“Li Jun Hui” as far as the eye can see.

AURASPEED LJH’s racket set stands out from the rest. The large gold LJH and English signature identifies itself, and the light gray graffiti doesn’t look out of place at all, so kudos.

The head shot cardstock is a close up of Reeko, well, the eyes are getting bigger, very handsome.

The AURASPEED LJH’s main color scheme is black and white, with the racket frame painted asymmetrically and then accented with gold and light gray graffiti. I fell in love with the color scheme when the release photos first came out: it’s recognizable without jumping out at you.

It’s rumored that Lee Junhui was personally involved in the design of the racket, so why don’t Lee just moonlight as a designer again, it’s a much better looking racket than the new ones Victory has been putting out lately.

With the same graffiti elements, AURASPEED LJH’s graffiti is much more advanced and smooth than that of a certain brand. AURASPEED LJH’s graffiti covers a small area and doesn’t use too many color palettes, the wholeness is stronger, embellishing each area just right.

What’s a bit embarrassing is that they added Lee Junhui’s avatar to the frame, and there are three of them, one of which even has a “yay” on it.

When I saw this design I was like, this is too much of a social cow, don’t you really feel embarrassed when you display your racket for everyone to see? If the face of the place knocked off the sticker, I guess it is a ghost story.

There is also a slight drawback, that is, the content of the graffiti is too monotonous.

As the subtitle says, “Li Jun Hui” is all you see. Li Jun Hui still has a lot of representative words, such as “World Champion”, “Smash”, or “Hard Times”, “Trust Times”, and “I’ll be there” in her avatar. “World Champion”, ‘Smash’, or ‘Hard Times’, ‘Trust Your Crazy Idea’ in the avatar, etc., which could have been more informative.

However, the frame is filled with “Li Jun Hui” and the signature is in English, which makes it a bit hollow.

Sugar water

AURASPEED LJH is a head-heavy weapon, but in fact, its swing weight is not heavy, directly on the line on the hand rubber swing up and do not feel crushed hand, blind guess the swing weight of the empty racket should be in the 85 g. And because it is a g6 thin handle, many players will choose to wrap the bottom rubber to use, if the bottom rubber is wrapped up, it should be about 300.

And because it is a g6 thin handle, should be a lot of players will choose to wrap the bottom rubber to use, if the bottom rubber wrapped, the balance point should also be about 300, so it is actually not like the wind as heavy as 9000i terrible.

The frame is Victory’s composite Kenshiguchi construction, and it’s very thin, so the swing speed is not normally fast, and it took me 3 games to get used to it when I first started. The frame is not too big and not too small, compared to Li Junhui’s previous rackets, it is bigger than the Extreme 10 and NANOFLARE 800LT, and similar to the N72L, so once you get used to the swing speed, the sweet spot is still very easy to find.

The center stick is not made of Mitsubishi Bakelite carbon fiber, which makes it a little less brittle, but it is very elastic, and the 6.8mm diameter is a more stable and error-free choice. The hardness of the shaft is officially labeled as hard, but the hardness is just right, and amateurs don’t need too much power skills to drive it.

If you’re a slugger, you’ll kill the ball with a sugar water racket

AURASPEED LJH is only available in 4u and 5u sizes, which means that it is going to be light and fast all the way. Light, fast, and bouncy are also the best features of AURASPEED LJH. For those of you who have read my previous reviews, you should know that I personally prefer this type of racket, especially when playing doubles with the best players, and using a heavier or stiffer racket will put you in a passive position.

This AURASPEED LJH was excellent in the center court, except for one thing: it didn’t have Mitsubishi Balo Carbon. If it had the crunchy feel of Paro Carbon, it would have been much more enjoyable to hit flat blocks in the midcourt.

The AURASPEED LJH has a fast swing speed, fast ball exit, and a strong flat blocking offense that has the ability to turn a bad situation into a good one. The net is also well-pressurized, and when I use it, I will enjoy going to the frontcourt to grab the ball, and wipe and push and pick the ball very comfortably. But again, adding pyrofil will definitely make it even better.

AURASPEED LJH was compared to the Speed 10 by many players before the release of the racquet, because the color scheme is really very similar, and the violent court image of Lee Junhui made people think that AURASPEED LJH would be an offensive racquet like the Speed 10.

In fact, the AURASPEED LJH is completely different from the Xtreme 10, with a softer feel, a frame that doesn’t have as much grip as the Xtreme 10, and the feedback of the power is weakened by the suspension handle, so it’s hard to hit satisfying kills with the AURASPEED LJH. I have to say, the feedback and effect of killing the ball with it is not as good as with the Bow Sword 11 pro. If you like to attack the ball, you should be careful if you don’t have a certain ability to do so. After all, Lee Junhui is a person who can nail the floor with any racket, and amateurs still can’t reach this level.

However, for people like me who love to play consistently, after adapting to the effect is still good, the ball is fast, accurate landing, and chopping, hanging, sliding feel is very good, it is very easy to create their own offensive opportunities.

I don’t recommend this racket for singles play, you can only play endless pulling and hanging, out of the opportunity may not be able to convert into points.

AURASPEED LJH is also a good hand, high long balls and passive balls are very easy, in place, by the masters of the teasing time hard to engage in more than a dozen shots before and after the two-point play a little bit not to lose the wind, and finally the other side do not want to play the initiative to change the ball path will be killed me.

Finally I let the city retired big brother try to use AURASPEED LJH to take me to practice catching kills, well, this kills the ball I can even top back.

However, the big guy thinks the problem is mainly in the line, after all, he retired from playing 28/29 pounds of 80 line, and suddenly use my not so high pound and not so hard line, there should be a lot of unloading feeling.

This gives sluggers a line of thought, pulling a high pound stiff line for the AURASPEED LJH should enhance its offensive attributes quite a bit.

Conclusion.

I’d rate AURASPEED LJH as somewhat interesting, but almost interesting.

It’s a bit interesting because: the painting is very innovative, although it’s a bit of social cow, but it’s very design, Lee Junhui is quite talented in this area; the hitting feeling is also good, and the center front and back court consistency are relatively excellent.

Almost meaning is: if we can add Mitsubishi Bakelite, the hitting feeling will be even better, and if we increase the swing weight a little bit, the offensive ability will be strengthened, because the swing speed itself is already very fast, and a little bit heavier head won’t have much effect.

I recommend this racquet for amateur doubles, and I recommend the 4u because I can’t imagine how much lighter and faster the 5u would be, but of course I can’t rule out the possibility that the 5u head might be heavier and better suited for offense, so I’m waiting to hear what other players have to say about their experience with this racquet.

It is recommended for players who favor the middle of the court, as well as backcourt players who want to prove themselves as sluggers. After all, Fu Haifeng Wu Weisheng and Li Junhui, all of them are fierce men with balanced rackets.

Let’s end with a bit of a personal thought.

It’s well known that Victory offers active and retired players two mindsets when it comes to gear:

The racquets given to active players are stacked with the best materials and cutting edge technology;

Retired players even if it is Cai Yun Li Junhui such a heavyweight popularity of the player, but also just the middle of the sub-high-end configuration coupled with a set of good skin and signature is mainly used to sell feelings.

In fact, your pricing has been 1680, plus a Mitsubishi Bailo plus a bit of pawn technology to dry to 1880 or even 1980, we when the fans will also buy the bill. And better configuration can also attract hardcore ball players to buy experience, empty skin actually attraction is not big.

Give these great players better it, they deserve it.
