Badminton Shoes Victor ACNYT Reviews

Today, we bring you a comprehensive review of the A-CNYT basketball shoes from the esteemed “Vitality of Tigers” series. Officially available in three stunning colorways – Flame Red, Fluorescent White, and Mysterious Black – each hue is adorned with touches of gold, silver, ink blue, and iridescent accents, elevating their visual appeal. Crafted with meticulous care and utilizing premium materials, these shoes offer remarkable value for their price tag hovering around four hundred yuan (discounted from the original five hundred). For this review, we’ve chosen the Flame Red variant, a vibrant shade symbolizing prosperity and vitality for the new year.

The A-CNYT boasts a shoe upper crafted from durable PU synthetic leather fused with double-layered breathable mesh fabric. A broad expanse of abrasion-resistant TPU film overlays the mesh, reinforcing the shoe’s support and containment while enhancing durability. The primary Flame Red hue is complemented by watercolor-inspired “Tiger” characters and faces gracing the toe and heel, exuding an air of regal grace. The silver PU accents on the midfoot catch the light from various angles, adding a dazzling touch to the overall design.

The outsole is crafted from VSR rubber featuring intricate tread patterns, ensuring optimal grip and durability. Matching the fiery passion of the upper, the sole is also bathed in a radiant red hue. A glimpse through the sole’s hollowed-out sections reveals the integrated nylon stability plate and shock-absorbing energy pad, attesting to its solid construction.

The interior of the shoe upper is lined with ample PU synthetic leather, its thickness reassuring and its smooth, resilient texture effective in mitigating wear and tear during lateral movements. The leather’s undulating patterns add both practicality and aesthetic appeal, a testament to the design’s attention to detail.

Ample ventilation holes dot the shoe’s sides, maintaining the shoe’s structural integrity while ensuring optimal airflow and moisture wicking, particularly beneficial for players prone to sweating. The thick padding around the ankle offers robust support and protection. Underfoot, the full-length ENERGYMAX 3.0 cushioning, coupled with elastic EVA material, delivers exceptional shock absorption and comfort. The LS-S mark signifies the inclusion of a lateral stability system, complemented by the expansive nylon stability plate, reinforcing lateral rigidity and stability.

In terms of weight, our 43-sized test unit clocks in at a featherweight 341 grams, mirroring the lightweight characteristics of the A-series, ensuring fatigue-free gameplay even during extended sessions.

Here’s a breakdown of our on-court performance experience, benchmarked against the S82 for comparison:

  1. Fit & Containment: The A-CNYT fits snugly and comfortably, with natural foot-to-shoe contact. Movement is seamless, with excellent foot lockdown. The similarities in PU synthetic leather and mesh usage between the A-CNYT and S82 translate to comparable containment levels, resulting in an overall outstanding fit.
  2. Traction: With a tread design mirroring the S82, the A-CNYT grips the court confidently, enabling fluid movements across various footwork patterns. Its traction prowess is on par with the S82.
  3. Cushioning: Noticeable shock absorption and quick rebound characterize the A-CNYT’s sole, enhancing stride continuity. Though lacking the TPU reinforcement found in the S82, its lateral stability during side-to-side movements remains impressive. At 72kg, I observed no significant difference in cushioning performance between the two.
  4. Torsional Rigidity: During high-intensity maneuvers, the A-CNYT’s nylon stability plate demonstrates satisfactory anti-torsion capabilities, albeit slightly inferior to the carbon fiber plate in the S82.
  5. Durability: The thick PU coating and abrasion-resistant TPU film covering the shoe’s vital areas resist wear exceptionally well, outperforming the S82 in terms of overall durability, evidenced by minimal wear marks even after several games.
  6. Ventilation: Although the TPU overlay on the mesh reduces ventilation compared to the S82, the A-CNYT still provides ample breathability, catering to players’ cooling needs effectively.

In conclusion, the A-CNYT from the “Vitality of Tigers” series seamlessly blends aesthetics and performance, empowering players to excel on the court. Its unbeatable price point, coupled with its remarkable design and capabilities, renders it an exceptionally high-value option.
