Hsuan-Yu Wendy CHEN
Character Introduction
Chen Hsuan-Yu (English: Wendy Chen Hsuan-Yu, born June 1, 1993) is an Australian badminton player of Chinese descent. She represented Australia in the women’s singles badminton event at the 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games.
In February 2015, Chen participated in the Oceania Badminton Championships, winning the women’s singles title and securing third place in the women’s doubles.
In August 2017, Chen competed in the World Badminton Championships held in Glasgow, Scotland, in the women’s singles event. She was eliminated in the first round, losing 0-2 (19-21, 11-21) to Malaysia’s Yap Rui Chen.
