Nathan Robertson

Nathan Robertson is a male badminton athlete from England. In 2004, Robertson represented the United Kingdom in the badminton competition at the Olympic Games held in Athens, Greece. He teamed up with Gail Emms to compete in the mixed doubles event. They successively defeated Chen Qiqiu/Zhao Tingting from China and Jonas Rasmussen/Nick Olsen from Denmark 2-0 in the quarterfinals and semifinals and advanced to the finals. Unfortunately, they finally lost to the defending Chinese pair Zhang Jun/Gao Ling 1-2 (1-15, 15-12, 12-15) and settled for the runner-up. But this is already the best result ever achieved by British badminton athletes in the Olympics.
